First experience in a starred restaurant. What can I say... to say that everything was perfect is an understatement. Warm and friendly welcome, Raffaele always presented us the chef's dishes with clarity and friendliness and never spared a smile or a joke. Excellent atmosphere with the right background music... and let's not talk about the chef's dishes! We took a Santi tasting menu, the dishes turned our palates upside down and left us with incredible flavors we had never experienced until now. The coffee tagliatelle with prawn and citrus tartare were SUBLIME. Not to mention the desserts that left us speechless. Highly recommended as a first starred tasting experience because they know how to find the right combination and the right bridge between the traditional restaurant and the gourmet one. The idea of serving hot, freshly baked bread with the chef's ragù to break the "scarpetta" taboo is also nice! Really great, experience absolutely worth the price!

Interesting and tasty culinary experience. Large and pleasantly furnished room, tables with simple but elegant mise en place. The staff is welcoming, courteous, affable and attentive but without being intrusive. The menu presents traditional dishes but with various diversifications of some products and cooking techniques. The plating is always pleasing to the eye and the quantities are adequate and not minimal. Excellent bread and desserts. Price appropriate to the overall level of the restaurant. The choice of the chef at the end of the meal who entertains the customers is spot on ADVISED.

Re Santi Leoni… like the three tastings that the chef offers in addition to the a la carte menu… you are in Nola in the province of Naples… where this place with its Michelin star makes the city shine! Excellent service and fabulous combinations by chef Luigi Salomone who at the end of the evening told us a little about his philosophy! Truly a great experience. From the outside the place doesn't look like much, but once you enter the entrance you are amazed by its beauty. A former oil mill, a mix of modern and ancient, prestigious canvases with an excellent striking contrast. Delicious food with attention to detail with an explosion of flavours, fantastic. I recommend the coffee tagliatelle, (a dish for which the chef received the Michelin star), as well as many other dishes. Highly qualified and trained staff, kindness is "wasted". If you want to have a nice and good experience, I recommend it. Congratulations again to everyone and to the chef.

Large room with well-spaced tables, modern and essential furnishings which, combined with soft lighting, convey the sense of elegant sobriety. You can choose the tasting itineraries or you can order à la carte. Excellent raw materials, well-kept presentations, delicate flavors. All top-level as well as, of course, the consideration. Excellent service with staff present with due discretion. The wine list is vast.
